Do you only build custom homes?
Yes. Edwin Anthony Homes focuses exclusively on fully custom homes. We do not offer production, semi-custom, or spec homes. Every project is designed and built around the homeowner, the property, and long-term goals.
Can you help if we have not purchased land yet?
Yes. Many clients come to us before buying land. As part of a custom home build, we can review potential properties for buildability, site challenges, and long-term suitability before you move forward.
Can you build on difficult or restricted properties?
Yes. This is one of our strengths. We have experience with wetlands, lakefront lots, pilings, and complex foundation requirements such as double basements. We regularly work on sites that require careful planning and coordination.
Do you offer home renovations or remodeling?
We occasionally take on high-end renovation projects for select clients when our schedule allows. Renovations are not a core service and are not offered on a regular basis.
How involved will we be during the build?
